We've been thrilled to partner with Welch's, the National Cherry Blossom Festival, and a number of individuals to create custom work. Please shoot us an email at hello@shinyapplestudio.com with your ideas and we can chat about feasibility. Please note custom projects typically require a minimum of six weeks from beginning to end.
If you are interested in purchasing a group of 20+ pins for an event, party, meeting, etc. please contact us at hello@shinyapplestudio.com for bulk pricing.
We ship via USPS First-Class mail within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. This includes tracking information and delivery usually takes 2-5 days. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at hello@shinyapplestudio.com! If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you need to contact your local post office.
We ship via USPS First-Class mail within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. International orders may or may not include tracking information, it varies by destination. Delivery can take 2-4 weeks, sometimes up to 6 weeks. Please note, international buyers are responsible for any import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by their country's laws and regulations. If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you need to contact your local post office.
I'm a one-woman shop and take great care in each package I send out. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. We hope you are thrilled with your order, but if something is amiss (broken pin, missing pin...etc.) please let us know so we can make it right. :)
